California Almond Fettuccine
Egg noodles tossed with Parmesan cheese, onions and Roasted almond slices.
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
- 8 oz. very thin, dry egg noodles
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 2 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup Almond Accents® Original Oven Roasted sliced almonds
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Using same saucepan, melt butter and stir in cooked noodles. Heat and gently toss 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
Makes 4 servings
