Green Bean Salad with Almonds
Fresh green beans, cherry tomato halves, mayo and sliced red onions generously topped with Ranch Style almond slices.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- 1 lb. fresh green beans, cut diagonally into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomato halves
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Almond Accents® Ranch Style sliced almonds
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook green beans until al dente. Drain and place in ice water to chill quickly; drain well. Toss with tomatoes, onion and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with Almond Accents.
