Broccoli Bake
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
- 1 (16-oz.) package frozen broccoli, thawed
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 (10 ¾-oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 2/3 cup Almond Accents® Original Oven Roasted sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F. In bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, onion, soup and 1/3 cup Almond Accents; blend well. Pour mixture into a greased 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining almonds over broccoli mixture. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
