Baked Potato w/Almonds


Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Baked Potato w/Almonds
  • 4 large Russet potatoes, cleaned
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Almond Accents® Ranch Style sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour sea salt onto baking sheet. Brush oil on each potato and wrap with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minute to 1 hour. Top each baked potato with 2 Tbsp. sour cream and 1/4 cup Almond Accents. Garnish with a sprinkle of chives.
